Details and program
- 9am – MEET & INTRODUCTION at the Labrador Squash Club.* Coffee/Tea provided. Volunteer T-shirts handed out.
- 9.15 – Break up into individual projects.
- 12 pm- Social Meet at Labrador Squash Club – debrief, returning T-shirts. Light lunch provided.
- 12.45 – 13.30 FREE SQUASH – provided by the Labrador Squash Club – bring your own sports clothes. NO black shoes!
- 13.30 – 13.45 – That’s a wrap!

🌿 Clean Up Harley Park and the parks along the Broadwater
Location: Harley Park and green strips along Marine Parade – Labrador
Team size: 15 volunteers
Description: Help cleaning up trash and waste that litters our green strips along the Broadwater. Your time and efforts supports to keep our parks and waterways clean and it creates a healthier environment for everyone
📦 Serve at the Community Food Outreach– Welcoming, food prepping, serving.
Location: Labrador Community Centre
Team size: 5 volunteers
Description: Work together to welcome, serve and show care to those visiting us at the Food Outreach from Serve the City. Volunteers will welcome locals and make them feel loved, help organize, prepare, and pack items ready for handing out, prep and serve food and other general duties on the day. Your time and efforts help directly relief needs for those struggling to put food on their table.
💌 Kindness Project
Location: Labrador Community Centre
Team size: 2 volunteers
Description: Join our craft station team at the food outreach event to design beautiful kindness notes and invite community members to create them alongside you. Running alongside our grocery distribution, this welcoming space focuses on creative sharing and uplifting connections. It is a wonderful opportunity to use practical kindness to directly brighten someone’s day. A small gesture can have a big impact.
