Australian Red Cross, in collaboration with Serve the City, invites you to attend a free Understanding Psychological First Aid (PFA) workshop. This session covers the psychosocial impacts of crisis events and distressing situations, providing practical tools to support individuals in times of need.

This interactive session offers a foundational understanding of psychosocial support principles, including how and when to deliver Psychological First Aid.
Workshop Objectives:
- Learn to identify common distress reactions.
- Gain knowledge of psychosocial support and practice delivering PFA.
- Develop skills to promote calm, safety, self-efficacy, connection to others, and hope.
