We are all feeling the pinch. Let’s share the burden and look after each other.
At Serve the City, we believe in the power of simple acts of kindness. We know that right now, almost everyone is doing it tough. Between rising costs and the feeling of isolation, life can feel heavy.
But we also know that when we come together as a community, that weight gets a little lighter for everyone.
On Saturday, 11 April, we are opening our table in Runaway Bay. This is a morning for genuine social connection, a hot cup of tea, and practical support for those feeling the cost-of-living squeeze.
What to Expect

Free Morning Tea: Hot drinks, light refreshments, and good conversation.

Grocery Share Table: A Pick-and-choose style setup with fresh produce and pantry staples. Take what you need, no questions asked.
