We’re putting together something truly special — a one-day Wellness Festival called Serve the Soul -filled with movement, music, mindfulness, creativity, connection and epic community vibes 💫 And we want YOU to be part of the crew that brings it all to life!

Volunteering isn’t just helping out — it’s about being in the heart of it, meeting incredible people, sharing good energy, and creating something meaningful together. Whether you’re an early riser, a people person, or just love being part of something bigger than yourself, we’ve got a spot for you.

Here’s how you can join:

🛠 Prep Crew (flexible shifts during the week leading up to the festival + day-before setup)
Help us get everything ready behind the scenes — from packing materials to setting the vibe. Great if you like flexible hours and want to be part of the buzz before it all begins.

🌅 Setup Crew (festival morning: 4–9am)
For the earlybirds! Help transform the space before the crowd arrives — setting up signage, stages, cushions, and magic touches. Bring energy and your good vibes.

🚗 Parking Crew (8–10am)
Help guide people to the right parking spots with a smile. You’re the first friendly face they see — and you make the arrival experience smooth and stress-free.

🎟 Crowd Crew (2 shifts: 8–12:30 & 11:30–4:30)
Be the heartbeat of the event! Welcome guests at the gate, scan tickets, hand out programs, give directions, answer questions, and keep the info tent humming with positive energy.

🌄 Pack-up Crew (3:30–6:30 or until finished)
Help us wrap up the day with care and community. It’s a team effort to pack everything down — but we do it together, with laughs, music, and that warm post-festival glow.
